Item pictured is a zippered carrying case. Item being sold is a neoprene sleeve.
Seems like a weak design. until some manufacturing changes are made to make it stronger I can't say I would recommend this product. device failure. This amount of force is apparently to much for the main frame and over time. I found it broken on the floor of my car one morning. Had mine for about six weeks. When securing the unit , a significant amount of force is needed to turn the lever to adhere the suction cup to the glass. The gps unit was not mounted at the time so no additional weight contributed to the mounting bracket failing.
While the vehicle was parked it came off the window and bounced to the floor. Very poorly constructed. Two parts of the plastic broke rendering it completely useless.
It attaches firmly to the windshield and can be adjusted to just about any position. I don't have to fish around my center console anymore to find my GPS and it holds it right where I can see it easily while navigating. I have loved this mount. I use it with my Rino530 and it holds the weight just perfect.
Fits the product nice and snug and seems of good quality. So far so good according to the husband.
